My background is in sport — a lifelong involvement in martial arts including Krav Maga, Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gave me a deep understanding of what athletic performance actually demands from a body.
That's what led me to study Food and Nutrition at Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, and later to complete a Master's in Elite Sport Performance at Dublin City University.
My focus is on improving health and performance in a realistic, sustainable way — personalised, educational and built around your life, not against it.
